ADS Warehouse
Is a project of passion. Located in the heart of Newburgh’s Downtown East End Historic District, Jens Veneman and Gita Nandan are creating a spot where art, design, and spirits intermingle to create community, joy, and inspiration. Gita and Jens fell in love with Newburgh, its diversity, lively atmosphere, beautiful architecture and scenic Hudson waterfront.
Jens Veneman, a sculptor and architectural fabricator, and Gita Nandan, an architect specializing in net-positive environments, are partners in life and adventures, and share a passion for built forms, detailing, pickling, and planted landscapes. The one-story manufacturing building, with it’s unique T-shape configuration, is now converted to house their personal workspaces, art studios, retail spaces, and a project gallery.
Over the past years, we have watched Newburgh grow and transform in exciting ways, and we hope we can add to the vitality of this city and deepen the cultural landscape. We welcome you to stop by and say hello, join us throughout the year for our on-going events and exhibits. Bring your ideas to ADS to bring Newburgh to life!

+ Ann Street Courtyard is a 3,000sf outdoor space, and is available for private events.
+ ADS/DAS Project Space is a 600sf white box project gallery available for art, events, readings, etc. with big windows and access onto the Ann Street Courtyard (the both can be rented as a pair)
+ PopUP Retail is located in a 20ft shipping container in the Ann Street Courtyard, outfitted with lighting and power. PopUp Retail will be available for weekly rental May 1st - November 1st.
+ The Gardens and grounds are available for a variety of pop-up commercial ventures, film-shoots, photography, readings, music, lectures, art-happenings, dance, and theater, and anything else you can dream up. We provide sliding scale rents and community-rates.
