XO Cantonese is a Cantonese American food experience that aims to connect people together through the universal language of food. We offer very traditional Cantonese dishes and also very Americanized dishes, catering to the diverse palette of Hudson Valley and NYC.

Owner and Chef Alex Deng is a first-generation Chinese/Cantonese American who grew up California. Moving to New York over a decade ago, Alex continued to blend his Cantonese heritage with his American upbringing, creating a unique perspective that he now shares with you. With a background in Food Science and fifteen years of experience in the food industry, Alex brings a unique and deep understanding of flavors and traditions.

Available for events, music, small gatherings, studio work, quick fabrication, popup retail and more.
